Motel guest rooms have one king or two queens. A deluxe room is a larger
upgrade room that has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Many of
the deluxe rooms are near the outdoor pool and have an outdoor entrance.
Quail's Nest features cable TV, free high speed internet,
hair dryer, iron and ironing board Our one room suites, two room suites and
deluxe rooms have a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Some rooms have
interconnect doors so we can create a multiple room suite. A complimentary

catered. Our staff can provide information on a variety of catering menus and current

Meeting rooms - Groups of ten rooms or more are often given meeting space
at no charge other than standard cleanup fees.
No added hotel fees - There are never hidden resort fees or
gratuities! Parking is free and on property.
Ability to pay individually - You can set up your group to be responsible
for paying separately and even arrange for each person or family to make their
own reservations, add additional nights and we'll help them plan their free
time.

Quail's Nest Inn & Suites provides your group a unique location. You have the ability
to enjoy quiet time in a resort environment and be within walking distance from
shopping, many restaurants and sports bars. You're only minutes away from all of the resort
area fun and activity. The natural beauty of Lake of the Ozarks can be enjoyed by land, a cruise
on the lake in one of the large public cruise boats, or rent your own watercraft. You have 95
miles of lake to explore. The lake area has two State parks, the largest State park in Missouri
and one of the smallest and most unique park.
